Roadmapping of an internal tool
Challenge
To carry out a comprehensive pre-implementation analysis for an internal tool designed to automate and increase the effectiveness of the everyday performance of EBU’s key editorial team.
Solution
Results
We carried out a roadmapping process resulting in a document containing a set of functional and technical specifications, an architecture design, and a development plan including the schedule and the budget. We also came up with a clickable prototype.
