you have at least 2 years of professional experience as an IT Project Manager. You’re familiar with and understand the processes and best practices of software development. You’re familiar with the fundamental pricing models (T&M, Fixed Price). You’re familiar with PMI-based project management standards. You’re familiar with the Scrum methodology. You’re familiar with project estimation and planning methods. You’re familiar with project management metrics and are able to make informed decisions on their basis. Your command of English is at least at the C1 level. You’re no stranger to leadership skills and taking responsibility for all aspects of a project (including: budget, scope, schedule, quality, communication, and team). You have experience in team building. You have experience in client communication. You’re proactive in making changes and improvements to project and company processes, you’re meticulous, and you pay great attention to detail.
you have at least 5 years of commercial experience in PHP. You have advanced knowledge of OOP and of at least one database system (preferably MySQL). You’re able to manage your time effectively and assimilate and transfer knowledge with ease. You know English well enough to read, understand, and work with technical documentation and you’re interested in working on innovative projects that offer both some challenge and an opportunity to develop professionally.
