We like to act quickly and be no-nonsense – and our recruitment process is exactly so. Recruitment includes two stages: a short phone call and an interview where we get to know each other better and your hard skills are verified. We, of course, tell you more about Webini and answer your questions. The meeting takes 2 hours at most and usually consists of several parts.
We want you to feel comfortable at our meeting, so we won’t address you as Madam or Sir – you’ll simply be Kasia or Rafał to us, and we’ll appreciate it if you call us by our names as well. It’ll be much easier this way!
We’re not big fans of suits or tuxedos but it would be nice if you made the day when you try to join our team somehow special. 🙂
